HoneyCup support: how to ask a question
Cannot set up a format, scores behave oddly, a sport is missing — write to us. You can ask from any page of the site, even without an account.

Where the button is
Every page has a round question-mark button in the bottom right corner. Everyone sees it: an organiser in their dashboard, a spectator on a tournament page, and someone who cannot sign in.
The form
Enter your email and describe what happened — we reply to that address within a day. If the question is about a specific tournament, include its link: it helps us sort it out faster.
VK
If you prefer a messenger, the VK button at the bottom of the form opens messages to our community. We reply there.
