Terms of Use

1. General

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the operator of HoneyCup (the “Administration”, “we”) and any person using the service (the “User”, “you”).

HoneyCup is an online platform for creating, running and publishing amateur sports tournaments: brackets and standings, match scoring, player statistics, tournament series and related tools (the “Service”).

By using the Service in any way you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Service.

2. Subject

The Administration grants the User access to the Service on an “as is” basis. Core functionality is free. Certain advanced features may be paid; their scope and price are published on the relevant pages of the Service.

3. Registration and account

Some features are available without registration. Advanced features may require sign-in via third-party authentication (Google, Yandex) or by email. You agree to provide accurate data, keep your account secure and are responsible for all activity under it.

4. Prohibited actions

When using the Service you must not:

• use bots, scrapers or scripts for mass data collection or to create artificial load;
• disrupt the operation, infrastructure or security of the Service;
• post unlawful content: insults, hate speech, spam, fraud, copyright infringement or third-party personal data without consent;
• attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or to the Service’s internal areas;
• impersonate other people or organizations;
• use the Service for any unlawful activity.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profit or data loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy. By using the Service you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally. A new version takes effect once published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, under the applicable law at the Administration’s location.
