Public Offer

1. General

This document is a public offer (Art. 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) by Индивидуальный предприниматель Ушаков Виктор Петрович, ОГРНИП 319774600617865, ИНН 645312416277 (the “Provider”) setting out the terms of paid services of HoneyCup at https://honeycup.ru (the “Service”). Free use of the Service is governed by the Terms of Use (/legal/terms); this offer covers paid services only. The Russian version prevails.

2. Subject and acceptance

The Provider grants the Customer access to paid features of the Service for the scope and period of the selected plan, shown with its price before payment. Full payment of the plan constitutes acceptance; the agreement is concluded when the payment is received.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in roubles and fixed at the moment of payment. Payment is processed by Robokassa; card details are entered on the payment provider’s side and are not passed to the Provider. A fiscal receipt is sent to the email given at checkout. No charges are made without the Customer’s explicit instruction.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The Customer may cancel at any time. Before access is granted, the full amount is refunded; afterwards, the amount is refunded minus the cost of the elapsed part of the plan; if the service was not provided through the Provider’s fault, the full amount is refunded. Requests are sent to hello@honeycup.ru and processed within 10 calendar days; refunds are made to the original payment method.

5. Governing law

This offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy).
