Co-organisers, referees and players: who can do what
A big tournament is hard to run alone: you need people entering scores on neighbouring courts and a colleague helping with the roster and schedule. In HoneyCup you can share a tournament, and everyone gets their own rights.

Three roles
- co-organiser — runs the tournament on equal terms with the owner: roster, format, bracket, schedule, scores. Only the owner can delete the tournament or invite other co-organisers;
- referee — enters match scores but cannot change the format or roster;
- participant — requests to join via a link and is added once the organiser approves.
How to invite
On the Participants tab there is an Invitation card on the right. Pick a role and press “Create link” — send it in any messenger. A referee or co-organiser can also be assigned without a link, by picking them from the tournament participants if they have an account.
Join requests
Someone following a participant link signs in or registers and sends a request. It appears in the Requests card on the Participants tab: approve it and the person joins the roster.
One account
Every tournament where you have a role is gathered in your account on the Organiser, Player and Referee tabs. No separate accounts for different roles are needed.
